Dr. Bogdan Anghel, MD
Dr. Bogdan Anghel was born in Bucharest, Romania, where he earned his medical degree from “Carol Davila” University Medical School. He completed his surgical residencies at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York, NY, and the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. His training concluded with a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
With twenty-six years of experience, Dr. Anghel specializes in the management of painful spine and musculoskeletal disorders. He has a particular interest in interventional procedures such as epidural steroid injections, spine and peripheral joint injections, peripheral radiofrequency neurolysis, and spinal cord stimulator trials.
Dr. Anghel is board certified and re-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as in Pain Medicine. He is proficient in Romanian, Spanish, and German.
Currently residing in Show Low, AZ, Dr. Anghel leads an active lifestyle that includes running, hiking, and weightlifting. He is an avid reader of non-fiction and enjoys playing chess.

Dr. Jose J. Cruz, Chiropractor
Doctor Jose Cruz was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where he graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, followed by obtaining his Masters Degree in Biotechnology. Dr. Cruz continued his education at Life university in Atlanta, Georgia where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. After graduating chiropractic school, he moved to Arizona to start his career, Dr. Cruz is passionate about helping the community to achieve a healthy nervous system and proper spinal alignment, improving the function of the body and their quality of life. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his friends, family, hiking, camping, and discovering Arizona

Krysten Luthardt, NP
Krysten Luthardt, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for advocating for patients and families while promoting wellness through education. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio, and holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Medical Aesthetics.
Krysten’s approach to care is patient-centered, focusing on empowering individuals through education and preventive care to build long-term, healthy relationships. Her experience spans working with diverse populations and providing care in a variety of clinical settings.
Outside of her professional life, Krysten finds inspiration in her daughter, who motivates her to continually advance her career and set a positive example. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and spending quality time with her blended family.

Jennifer De La Garza , NP
Jennifer brings more than 23 years of nursing experience and a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. She began her career as a Registered Nurse after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Driven to expand her expertise, she later completed a Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University in Minneapolis, becoming a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a Gerontology specialty.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has provided care in diverse settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health programs. Her experience spans primary care, pain management, wound care, gerontology, and urgent care—where she has managed both acute and chronic conditions. With specialized training and certification in wound care, she also brings advanced skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, always guided by evidence-based practice.
Jennifer is passionate about educating patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their health. She is equally committed to mentoring the next generation of nurses and giving back through community outreach. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, quilting, knitting, and baking. Jennifer’s career reflects a lifelong dedication to learning, service, and excellence in healthcare—values she brings to every patient she serves.

Dr. Luke Shillig, Chiropractor
Dr. Luke Shillig is a chiropractor and functional medicine practitioner committed to whole-person care, long-term health, and service-centered leadership. A former U.S. Army Ranger, Luke brings discipline, integrity, and a mission-driven mindset to his work with patients and the community.
As a veteran, Luke demonstrated early leadership during chiropractic school by founding the school’s Veterans Association, creating a supportive network and advocacy space for service members transitioning into healthcare careers. After entering clinical practice, he continued his dedication to veteran health by working directly with the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing chiropractic care to veterans with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic health conditions.
Luke’s clinical approach integrates chiropractic care, functional medicine, and lifestyle-based interventions to address root causes rather than symptoms. His work focuses on spinal and nervous system health, metabolic function, inflammation, stress physiology, and sustainable behavior change. Lora Mangiafico, PA-C
Lora Mangiafico is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. Throughout her career, she has practiced in a wide range of clinical settings, with a true passion for addiction medicine. She also has specialized expertise in vascular medicine.
Lora joined Laser Vascular in 2026, bringing extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of arterial and venous disease. She is deeply committed to patient-centered care and believes in partnering with patients to improve both vascular health and overall quality of life.
She holds an associate degree in Science in Respiratory Care, a bachelor’s degree in Biology, and a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Originally from Massachusetts, Lora relocated to Arizona in 2015.
Outside of work, Lora enjoys hiking Arizona’s desert trails, traveling, exercising, and exploring new cuisines. Her greatest joy and inspiration come from her two children.
